Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products
• Items without original packaging
• Personal care products (perfumes, sprays, skincare items) if opened
• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures/video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• The amount will be refunded through the original payment method (or bank transfer/COD refund method depending on the order)

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (subject to stock availability).

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order may already be processed or shipped.
